Decentralized systems can accelerate bureaucratic reform

From passport, driver’s license and land certificate issuances, bureaucratic processes can be sluggish, inefficient, even corrupt, making them highly expensive. Decentralized systems can automate bureaucratic processes and remove middlemen who use to complicate the processes. In this talk show, we will listen to our IT expert Adela Negara’s explanation on why decentralized systems can accelerate bureaucratic reform.
