The Republic of Estonia has announced its adoption of blockchain technology to manage civil documents and certificates, including its court gazette and registry. The state of Illinois in Chicago, the United States, has adopted blockchain to manage its land ownership and birth certificates, so does the Brazilian Ministry of Planning.
